Graphics is the art or skill of combining text
and pictures in websites or advertisements. Branding promotes your
organization to your customer or internal personnel.
Graphics
Graphic Design is a collaborative process
between a client and a designer - in conjunction with producers of
form (i.e., printers, programmers, sign makers, etc.) - to convey a
specific message to a targeted audience. The term "graphic design"
can also refer to a number of artistic and professional disciplines
that focus on visual communication and presentation. The field is
also often referred to as Visual Communication or Communication
Design. Various methods are used to create and combine words,
symbols, and images to create a visual representation of ideas and
messages. A graphic designer may use typography, visual arts and
page layout techniques to produce the final result. Graphic design
often refers to both the process (designing) by which the
communication is created and the products (designs) which are
			generated.
Common uses of graphic design include identity
(logos and branding), websites, publications (magazines, newspapers,
and books), advertisements and product packaging. For example, a
product package might include a logo or other artwork, organized
text and pure design elements such as shapes and color which unify
the piece. Composition is one of the most important features of
graphic design, especially when using pre-existing materials or
			diverse elements.
As well as organization and functionality
within all graphics materials, it is critical that they be as
aesthetically pleasing as possible. STS provides high-end graphic
design to promote branding, identification of a product or program,
and for many other use in an organization
Branding
Branding is one of the most important aspects
of any organization, large or small. An effective brand strategy
gives your organization an edge in increasing identification of the
organization itself or different components of the organization such
as departments, business units or a particular campaign. But what
exactly does "branding" mean? How does it affect organizations like
			yours?
Simply put, your brand promotes your
organization to your customer or internal personnel. It tells them
what they can expect from the organization regarding services. Your
brand is derived from what your organization is, who your people
are, and who what other people perceive your organization to be.
The foundation of an organization’s brand is
their logo. An organization’s website and promotional materials--all
of which should integrate their logo--communicate their
			organization’s brand.
